HOA Annual Meeting

We had our Annual homeowners meeting on Monday July 15th. Thank you to all those who attended and participated in the discussions. Jaime Groce, the Town Planner for Collierville, was nice enough to participate in our meeting and talk about the development activity around our neighborhood.

Mr Frank Fitzgerald who is the developer for the area to the east of our neighborhood has provided some additional information about the development.
Note from Mr Fitzgerald. - I have attached a copy of our plan with a diagram of lot sizes and sample front elevations. Our architect on the project is Carson Looney with Looney Ricks Kiss and our townhomes are being designed to have an price around $350,000 with our single family homes averaging around $500,000.
